ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting to the Director of Finance, this full time position will be responsible for administering payroll and benefits, producing human resource reports, accounting data entry, and quality control.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess a relevant post-secondary education in accounting and the following experience and attributes:

  • Minimum of three years of accounting or payroll experience in a similar position.
  • Computer proficiency required including the use of Microsoft Office 2010 applications, Internet, database systems and accounting software. Knowledge of MS Dynamics GP is an asset.
  • Experience with automated payroll and human resource reporting systems, Payworks preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, problem solving, and analytical skills.
