The Reh-Fit Foundation Board of Directors is currently seeking new members with experience, knowledge, and skills in the following areas to support our mission and fill current vacancies:
- Identifying and connecting with potential donors
- Government and/or community relations
- Financial expertise (CPA designation)
The Reh-Fit Foundation Board of Directors is responsible for:
- Fundraising in support of the Reh-Fit Centre, including promoting and representing the Foundation
- Stewarding donors, funds, and volunteers
- Setting strategic direction of the annual fund development plan
- Governance and risk management
- Financial and investment oversight
The Reh-Fit Foundation’s purpose is to raise and steward funds to support the Reh-Fit Centre by inspiring others to contribute to the mission of the Centre in enhancing the health and well-being of our community. Established in 1999, the Foundation leads fund development initiatives to raise funds for rehabilitation, prevention and management of chronic disease, accessibility, and research and education.
