Rhythm & Shoes

They could have danced all night!...and they did! And now for the next one! Chocolate martinis, feather boas, heart-pumping music, a chance to let loose on the dance floor and have more fun than anyone ever thought possible? You bet!

The First Annual Rhythm & Shoes was a rockin’ good time in every way! The fieldhouse was given a total makeover, complete with stage, nightclub lighting, and projection screens. Balloon arches to the ceiling marked the dance floor, which came alive with non-stop dancing to great music and videos, confetti and streamer drops, and fun novelty giveaways.

Guests enjoyed fine wines, signature martinis, and outstanding finger food finished with commemorative Rhythm & Shoes cookies and boxes of chocolates. The activity kiosks, where they could have their fortunes read, get a temporary tattoo or souvenir photo, or star in their own music video, were extremely popular. Even the timid hammed it up.

Reh-Fit members and their friends were happily clad in loud boas, funky hats, and blinking glasses. They were quite a sight! With over 350 tickets sold, this first-ever Rhythm & Shoes raised close to $20,000, which will be used to acquire two new treadmills.

We’re gearing up for the 2009 event and we’re looking for sponsors and prizes. You and your firm don’t want to miss being a part of it. We are looking for new items or gift cards or certificates to go into our Rhythm & Shoes prize bags in the following categories:
