Gravity

Strength Training 101

Learn proper body position and technique when performing exercises using dumbbells and barbells. Intimidated by the Power/Sculpt class then this program is just for you. It will get you ready to tackle those more advanced classes.

Group Fitness 101

This six-week program is designed to introduce Reh-Fit members to some of our most popular fitness classes. Members will experience the fun and energy of working out in a group setting while learning the basics of these classes. No prior group fitness experience is necessary. All classes will be taught at an introductory level. Register online or at the Reception Desk

Reh-Volution

Push your fitness level beyond what you think you are capable of. This program will take you outside of your comfort zone and take your fitness to the next level. Meet as a group once a week for education and exercise and then follow the customized workout plan for the remainder of the week.

Reh-Charge

Are you a dedicated exerciser with a desire to re-charge your physique? Are you able to commit yourself to working out 5-6 days per week following a customized workout plan? Reh-Charge is an advanced training program for avid exercisers with a solid foundation of resistance training and cardiovascular fitness.

Reh-Action

Are you ready and inspired to get your limits tested, both physically and mentally? Our newest program, Reh-Action, combines strength training, cardiovascular power and personalized nutrition support to help you achieve brilliant fitness-in-action results. Reh-Action is as intense as it gets so group members must have participated in either Reh-Volution or Reh-Charge and will be required to complete a current health assessment.
