Prep Time: 10 minutes – Makes 2 cups
| 1 tbsp | margarine |
| 7 tbsp | sour cream (fat-free / light) |
| 1/2 cup | unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted |
| 2 1/2 cups | icing sugar sifted |
1. In large bowl, using low speed of electric mixer, beat margarine and sour cream until combined. Gradually add cocoa and icing sugar, beating until frosting is smooth and creamy.
