Pronounced “tad-zee-kee,” this glorious Greek combination of garlic, cucumber and yogurt cheese is wonderful on everything. It’s great as a dip, spread for sandwiches and veggie burgers or topping for baked potatoes!
Prep Time: 15 Minutes - Makes 1 1/2 cups (375 mL)
| 1 1/2 cups | Creamy Yogurt Cheese (or sour cream) |
| 1/2 cup | finely grated, seeded, peeled English Cucumber |
| 1/4 cup | finely grated white onions |
| 1 | clove garlic, finely minced |
| 1/4 tsp | salt (or as desired) |
1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt cheese, cucumber, onions, garlic and salt. Chill. Adjust seasonings as desired.
2. Serve with an assortment of vegetables, crackers and pita breads.
