We offer over 90 group fitness classes per week included with membership. Adding group fitness classes into your weekly routines can give your workouts the variety they need to keep them fresh and exciting. Some of our classes that are good for increasing strength include Stretch & Strength, Total Body Conditioning, Sculpt, Interval Training Interval Express, and Group Power.

Personal Training

Get more out of your workouts with a personal trainer. Get better results, faster than on your own with the help of a qualified Reh-Fit personal trainer. Our personal trainers all hold university degrees in exercise sciences.

Resistance Training

Discover the basic resistance training physical activity guidelines and learn how to create a basic exercise plan including the FITT principle. Our staff will introduce you to the weight room and show you how to get the most from the resistance training machines and how to select resistance bands/tubing and dumbbells.
