This four-month program is designed to provide you with the tools and resources to help you lose weight and give you a chance to practice the necessary life skills in a supportive environment. Classes will be conducted by our professional staff led by a dietitian and fitness consultant, who will coach you on how you can be active and eat a healthier diet. Numbers will be limited to allow staff to work more closely with each individual.
Only participants who have a body mass index of 30 or greater and are willing to make weight management a goal in their lives will be accepted.
