  • Live Healthy Speaker Series

    Two or three times during the year, the Reh-Fit hosts a high profile speaker from the health and wellness industry, who provide information about a range of chronic disease prevention and management topics. These presentations are free and open to the public.

  • Smart for your Heart Month

    How healthy is your heart? Throughout the month of February we offer several smart heart programs, screening clinics, and educational workshops to help improve your heart health.


  • Exercise is Medicine Month

    Promoting the finding that physical activity, in the right doses, is unparalleled in its ability to prevent and treat chronic disease, the Reh-Fit offers special programming and public presentations throughout the month. A combination of educational programs on the benefits of exercise as well as weekly fitness challenges help reinforce the importance of 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity a week for health benefits.


  • Community Open House

    One or two times per year, the Reh-Fit offers free admission to the Centre to encourage members of the community to come and experience everything the Centre has to offer. People can try classes, take a tour, or workout with their friends.

  • Active Aging Week

    At the Reh-Fit, we’ve got the facilities, the classes, the coaching, and the expertise to help you live a healthier, more active life. Our professional staff will get you on the path to achieving your health and fitness goals, regardless of your age. Make lasting, positive changes in your life through active living.   • Community Health Fair

    Our Community Health Fair, open to everyone, is a great opportunity to learn about health resources in the community and meet with representatives from various community health organizations.
