Membership Categories

Membership at the Reh-Fit Centre is open to the community-at-large. Memberships are for a 12-month period from the enrollment date. Facility user passes are for short term usage. Dues are not refundable or transferable. GST applies to all membership fees, user fees, services and programs.

Our enrollment fee of $100 is a non-refundable fee, payable upon registration by all new members and all former members whose membership has lapsed.

Membership Rates

Individual

An individual 18 years of age or older.

Household Add-On

Children of individual members 12 – 18 years of age or full-time students 25 years of age or younger (subject to proof of student status) residing at the same address as the INDIVIDUAL member. Children under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Senior Select

Individuals 65 years of age or older. Use of the facility is restricted to Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 pm (September to May), 1:00 to 3:00 pm (June to August).

Facility Users

Three-Month Trial

Three-month period available for any individual that has not been a member of the Reh-Fit Centre in the past.

This pass may be converted to an annual membership on or before the date of expiry. The difference between the trial rate and the annual rate is paid and the individual receives an additional nine months as a member. At the time of conversion the enrollment fee of $100 is collected. Payment for the remaining nine months may be paid up front or on a monthly basis.

The three month trial is subject to the Health Screening Form.

Summer Usage Pass

The summer usage pass is a one, two or three-month facility use pass for any individual 15 years of age or older.           

This pass may be converted to a membership at the end of their trial. The difference between the summer rate and the annual rate is paid and the individual receives the additional months as a member to total 12 months at the Centre. At the time of conversion, the enrollment fee of $100 is collected. Payment for the remaining months may be paid up front or on a monthly basis. The summer usage pass is subject to the Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire.

Payment Options

Membership fees may be paid annually or on a monthly basis. Fees paid on a monthly basis are subject to an administration fee. Options for paying your membership dues include VISA, MasterCard, debit, cash, cheque, electronic funds transfer or gift cards.

Service Charge

NSF cheques and declined credit cards are subject to an administration fee.

Financial Assistance

The Reh-Fit Centre strives to make membership accessible to all. Financial assistance will be provided based upon individual need and the availability of funds. A confidential interview may be arranged once the financial assistance forms are completed. The Financial Assistance Application form is available to you on this web site as a printable PDF document.
