Membership Freeze

Members may "freeze" their membership for 30, 60 or 90 days once during a calendar year for a non-refundable nominal fee per month. This feature is most often used when a member is going away for an extended period.

Medical Extension

Members may put their membership on hold for significant medical reasons at no charge for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 16 weeks. Written notification from your physician, with a completed medical extension form, must be submitted to the Reception Desk when you are ready to return to the Centre.

Change in Personal Information

Please contact our Reception Desk staff if you have a new address, phone number or email address have changed your name or would like to change your method of payment or have new banking or credit card information..

Reciprocity

The Reh-Fit Centre is a member of the International Health, Racquet and Sports Association (IHRSA). If you travel outside of Winnipeg, most other IHRSA associations in North America will honour your Reh-Fit membership for a period of time. Our members have guest fee access to over 4500 clubs worldwide through IHRSA Passport Program. Don't forget to carry your membership card with you when visiting other cities.

EXTERNAL PERSONAL TRAINERS AND INSTRUCTORS

Personal training/instruction is provided only by our own professional staff. To ensure consistency and safety, independent personal trainers/instructors who are not Reh-Fit Centre staff are not permitted to use our facilities for professional purposes.

GUESTS

Guests 12 years of age and older are welcome at the Reh-Fit Centre. Children under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by an adult. Use of the facility is subject to the approval of the health screening questionnaire. Guests that come with a member receive a reduced guest fee. A guest may come to the Centre a maximum of three times in one calendar year. All guests are required to show Photo ID. Lockers are available for a refundable $2.00.

Adult
An individual over the age of 18 years who meets the eligibility criteria:
• Accompanied by a Reh-Fit member                   $10/visit
• Not accompanied by a Reh-Fit member            $15/visit
           
Youth
An individual 12 – 17 years who meets the eligibility criteria:                                   
• Accompanied by a Reh-Fit member                        $5/visit                                                
• Not accompanied by a Reh-Fit member            $7.50/visit
           
Out-of-Town                                                                                                           
Out-of-town guests are able to purchase a pass for a day or month providing they show photo ID that proves they reside outside a 100 km radius of the City of Winnipeg.
