Our personal trainers all have university degrees in the exercise sciences, and are dedicated to empowering you with the motivation and knowledge you need to reach your goals. They are experienced in working with a variety of individuals, including new and seasoned exercisers.

JenJennifer McLaren
Bachelor of Kinesiology, Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) Certified Exercise Physiologist, FallProof Balance and Mobility Specialist Instructor
Jennifer is a fitness consultant who enjoys setting up programs of exercise that are safe, effective, and fun. Her experience includes training athletes, from recreational to provincial team caliber.“Achieving your maximum potential is not just a simple goal but a lifestyle!”

joshJosh Bellingham
Bachelor of Kinesiology, CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Screen Certified.
Josh is a fitness professional and personal trainer who wants to see every client he works with accomplish their goals and leave the gym with a smile. Josh draws upon his experience as a functional movement screen specialist to provide all his clients with a quality assessment and subsequent exercise programming which maintain his values of keeping exercise fun and engaging. In addition to working in the fitness industry, Josh has experience in competitive sport both as a provincial level athlete and as a student therapist for a national level men’s soccer team. “No matter what goals you want to achieve, my goal is always to give you the tools to make your personal journey with exercise, health and wellness a positive one that lasts a lifetime”.




France Blais-Shiokawa
Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, CSEP Certified Personal Trainer
France is a fitness instructor with a passion for helping people attain well-being through exercise. A third degree black belt in judo, she knows that being motivated and having the right tools are the key to success. Bachelor of Physical Education
Marci has been a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She owned and operated a ladies only fitness centre in St. Vital for 19 years. Now she shares her experience, knowledge and passion for fitness with the members at the Reh-Fit Centre. Marci has worked with all ages and abilities and loves watching her clients reach their fitness goals. ” I have the best job in the world…helping people reach their goals and live their lives to the fullest.”


Jessica Thomas

Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in Athletic Therapy, Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(c) with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist CSCS with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Functional Movement Screen Certified
Jessica is a fitness consultant who uses her education and experience in the field, gym and clinic to educate her clients on all aspects of health including the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation, balance, mobility, posture, functional exercise and proper technique. She prides herself on her ability to improve the lives of her clients by giving them the tools they need to reach their goals. Whether you enjoy skiing every winter, want to improve your sport performance, improve your technique in the weight room, or want to maintain or improve your quality of life and independence, Jessica can help you to continue to enjoy the things you love and motivate you to reach the next goal on your list. “Fitness and health to me, means being able to do anything you want in life. GordGord Fogg

Gord is a fitness instructor with a passion for human movement. Having completed bike tours, triathlons, and a couple rounds of rehabilitating injuries he understands that both a supportive environment and independent motivation are critical to achieving your goals. Whether you’re asking  “Where do I start?”, or “How do I keep moving forward after being sidelined?”, Gord can help you find motivation and direction in your pursuit of wellness and accomplishment. “Define performance on your own terms, and start working towards it.”

Curtis is a fitness instructor with a passion for helping others achieve their health, fitness, and/or performance-based goals. When training clients, he draws upon his experience in sport as an athlete and coach, his background in health promotion, and his university education. He is currently enrolled in a full time Masters of Physical Therapy (Physiotherapy) program to further supplement his knowledge on human movement. Curtis tends to help motivate his clients by focusing on creating exercise plans that are purposeful, evidence based, and fun. Whether you are new to exercise, or consider yourself a seasoned veteran, Curtis can set you on the right path towards reaching your exercise related goals.“Take care of your body.
