Coaching Session

Let us help you meet your health and fitness goals. During this 30-minute session, one of our Fitness Professionals will work with you to help you set goals, understand barriers, and develop strategies for success. Become empowered and be the best you can be!

Health and Fitness Assessment

Our one-hour annual assessment provides you with a comprehensive look at your overall health status. You will review your results with our degreed Fitness Professional, and we will recommend the best plan of action based on your goals and current health status. The assessment includes aerobic capacity, balance, blood work, exibility, and muscular strength and endurance.

New Member Welcome Program

This three-week program will help you become familiar with our facility and program options. You will also have the opportunity to meet other new members, discuss frequently asked questions, and exercise in a group setting.

Smart Start Orientation

Learn the basic cardiovascular and flexibility physical activity guidelines, how to create a basic exercise plan, and how to measure exercise intensity. Through this clinic, you’ll become familiar with the field house, mezzanine, emergency buttons and intercoms, and field house etiquette. You’ll also learn how to use the track, some of our cardiovascular machines and stretching machines.

Group Fitness 101

This six-week program is designed to introduce Reh-Fit members to some of our most popular fitness classes. Members will experience the fun and energy of working out in a group setting while learning the basics of these classes. No prior group fitness experience is necessary. All classes will be taught at an introductory level. Register online or at the Reception Desk.

Active for Life - Guided Exercise to Promote Wellness

Are you struggling to become more active? Looking for a little extra assistance or motivation? Not quite ready to exercise all on your own? Now you don’t have to. This guided exercise program is targeted toward those individuals who require a little extra supervision to exercise safely and effectively. Active 4 Life classes run twice a week for 8 weeks. Exercise will be prescribed based on current activity level, exercise experience and previous assessment scores.
