Our mind/body programs will help you clear your mind, improve your concentration, and develop strength and stamina at the same time. With a variety of classes and times, there really is something for everyone.

Mind/Body Flex Program

With our Mind/Body Flex Program, you can choose to participate in a variety of classes on any day or at any time or commit to a regular time every week.
Passes expire one year from time of purchase.

Purchase 1, 5, 10, 15, or 30 classes online or at the Reception Desk

All classes are drop-in – Sign up online to reserve your spot. Please note: once registered if you would like to change or attend a different class or cancel altogether, you can make those changes online. If you do not plan to attend a class that you have pre-registered for, please ensure that you cancel your participation online with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or your account will be charged for the class. Alternatively you may call the Reception Desk. Mind/body flex passes expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable.


Classes offered through Mind/Body Flex Program:

  • Flow Yoga: Guides you through a series of poses focused on breath and movement to increase flexibility and balance.
  • Flexibility Yoga: This class will guide you through a series of targeted yoga postures designed to increase flexibility and joint mobility over time. Suitable for anyone looking to achieve more flexibility from head to toe.
  • Gentle Yoga: A focus on body awareness, proper posture, correct breathing, improving balance, flexibility, and a range of motion. All poses can be done from a chair.
  • Mat Pilates: Mat Pilates teaches participants control, fluid movement, breathing, concentration, stability, and postural alignment.
  • MELT-Stretch: A combination of self-treatment technique to release your fascia and stretch. A great way to finish your day after your workout.
  • Power Yoga: This class will strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, and help promote stamina, balance, and well-being. This is a physically challenging class for those looking to take their practice to the next level.
  • Yin/Restorative Yoga: A passive practice designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions. Combined with an emphasis on long holds and passive stresses on the deeper connective tissues.
  • Yin Yoga: A therapeutic yoga class with emphasis on long holds and passive stretches on the deeper connective tissues of the body.
  • Yoga/Pilates Fusion: The best of both worlds. Yoga/Pilates Fusion draws from Yoga, fitness, and Pilates for a practice that incorporates balance, flexibility, stress-reduction, and core strength.

Classic Yoga Flex Programs / “Healthy Spine Healthy Life” – BKS Iyengar

  • Classic Restorative Yoga: A therapeutic practice designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Use props to support the postures.
  • Classic Yoga: A balanced yoga class with an emphasis on detail, precision, and proper alignment. There is an emphasis on standing poses and the development of strength, mobility, and stability. Props will help adapt poses to students’ abilities.


Our programs are a great way to improve overall fitness level and mental state with a low impact form of exercise that can drastically improve your strength and flexibility.


One Time Mind/Body Sessions

Registered Mind/Body Programs:

  • Chair Yoga: In this class, the chair will be used for support in standing poses and also for seated poses. This 45-minute class will focus on breath, strength, balance, flexibility, and relaxation. Designed for individuals who have difficulty transferring from poses on a mat for those who have different health-related issues.

  • Classic Balance: Having good balance is an integral part of preventing injury. Alignment based yoga can foster awareness, along with strength and stability making activities, exercise and everyday movement safe and functional.
  • Classic (Level 2): This class moves into a deeper understanding of the practice of yoga. There will be a focus on longer holds and correct alignment. Students must be proficient in Level 1 and prepared to practice Shoulderstand.
  • Gentle Yoga: A focus on body awareness, proper posture, correct breathing, improving balance, flexibility, and a range of motion.
  • Soft Flow: Sweet and simple soft flow. Explore breath and movement at a slow pace. Emphasis on long soft stretching and gentle whole body opening.
  • Tai Chi Foundations: Develop your balance of body and mind with traditional Tai Chi including qigong, agility, and 7-form training. This class is a mix of low to moderate intensity exercise with relaxation and focused intention at the root of all activities.


Mindfulness Programs:

  • Mindfulness Meditation: A 45-minute instructor-guided meditation practice. Learn to tap into each moment in life and meet it with calmness.


Pilates improves mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements done as mat exercises or with equipment to tone and strengthen the body.


Pilates Programs:

  • ½ Mat ½ Reformer: Combining the best from both Mat and Reformer. This class is a great introduction to the Reformer as no previous experience is required.
  • Barre/Reformer: The Barre workout flows through high-powered sequences that specifically target the arms, legs and core. Blending Pilates with dance, cardio and strength-training, this class choreographs movement patterns set to music.
  • Chair Pilates: Designed for individuals who have difficulty transferring from lying down positions on a mat. Pilates on a chair will help with control, fluid movement breathing, core stability, and postural alignment.
  • Gravity Pilates: Challenge your core strength applying the Pilates principles of postural alignment, building endurance, and increasing range of motion.
  • Mat 2: Take your Pilates mat workout to the next level.
  • Pilates For Men: An introduction to Pilates for Men. Exercises designed to build core strength and stability and release tight muscles using different props and the Reformer.
  • Reformer: The Reformer is a unique and powerful piece of equipment that utilizes a system of cords and pulleys to provide resistance. Suitable for all fitness and ability levels as exercises range from very basic to highly advanced movements.
  • Reformer With Release: A combination of Pilates Reformer and self-treatment technique to create awareness, re-hydrating connective tissue and decreasing stress.
