Cycling

Come join our qualified instructors who will lead you through a variety of rides designed to provide you with a fun and energetic 45-minute workout. The classes are individually paced and non-competitive, which allows each participant to select his or her own intensity. Those new to cycling are welcome in all classes and should arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can demonstrate how to set up their bike.

Cycling packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire one year from the date of purchase.

Bikes are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Class size is limited to 14 participants.

When you come for your class:

  • Come to the Reception Desk and pick up a number tag.
  • The cycling instructor will collect the number tags prior to the start of each class.
