ABC’s is a one-hour orientation clinic held weekly for new and returning members. The purpose of the clinic is to introduce you to the facility and to teach you a basic workout. The staff will also introduce to you some of the more popular cardiovascular training equipment. If you are not sure what exercises to do and how to do them...this is the clinic for you! Groups are kept small to ensure more attention. Please come dressed for physical activity. Register at the Reception Desk.

Circuit training is a great way to get one of the best workouts ever! This class incorporates a full body workout to get your heart pumping and your body burning calories designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Offered in a group environment and monitored by one of our Fitness Consultants, it is a great workout for those who are at the intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

A great way to condition the whole body by using boxing techniques to get you in "fighting" shape. This one-hour program will build muscular and cardiovascular endurance, balance, agility and coordination no matter what your age. Truly a great workout! For hygienic and safety reasons, boxing wraps are required if using the Reh-Fit Centre's boxing gloves. Available for purchase at the Reception Desk.

If you ever wanted to learn Latin ballroom dancing but don't have a partner, this class is for you. Learn the basic steps of the samba, cha cha, mambo and others choreographed into an interesting pattern that doesn't require a partner. Join Allan Nelson, featured dancer in the movie "Shall We Dance" as he teaches you to dance like the stars.

Here’s a great reason to get off the couch and explore a new park or take the dogs for a walk in a different neighborhood. All over Winnipeg and in the surrounding area, caches have been hidden for those who are looking for a new challenge to walking or cycling their familiar routes. This session will review what geocaching is, the basic requirements and then a short walking “field trip” using GPS (Global Positioning Devices) to find a couple of caches near the Reh-Fit Centre. A workout with a difference!
