Power Yoga is the western version of the ancient Indian Ashtanga Yoga. Classes consist of a series of poses that seamlessly flow from one to another. It is a vigorous, aerobic exercise designed to create intense heat and sweat. The practical benefits of Ashtanga Yoga include a more toned body with increased strength, stamina and flexibility. Yoga also aids in injury prevention and the rehabilitation of muscles and tendons.

Pre-requisite: Healing Hands Level 1 or equivalent. Delve deeper into energy based healing. Practice your Healing Hands and learn about distance healing, mental/emotional techniques, Reiki symbols and healing objects. Please bring any shells, stones or other special objects you have collected. This is a hands-on course. Please wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable flat shoes. Bring a lunch or enjoy what’s on the menu from our Cafe. Offered in cooperation with Creative Retirement.
