Please note that non-members must complete this Program Participant Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire. Your participation in the class you've chosen is subject to the approval of this questionnaire.

PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
"Program" is defined as any regularly scheduled or special event planned and offered to Reh-Fit Centre members and which is not included in membership fees, offered at an extra cost. These programs and events may also be offered to the general public for a fee.

In recognition of costs incurred by the Centre for planning, preparation, facilitation and materials for programs, the following guidelines are in effect:

  1. A full refund of fees will be given if a member/non-member cancels his/her participation in a program 48 hours prior to the start date of the program. Alternatively, the fees can be applied to another program.
  2. A full refund of fees, less an administration of $20.00 will be given if a member/non-member cancels his/her participation in a program without 48 hours notice. Alternatively, the fees can be applied to another program.
  3. A refund of fees will not be given if the member withdraws from the program after the start date of that program. Individual consideration will be given if the withdrawal is due to medical reasons (less an administration fee of $20.00). A doctor's note is required.
  4. For some specialized programs, no credit will be given for any withdrawal reason. Participants will be informed of these special circumstances at the time of registration.
  5. If the Centre cancels the program a full refund will be given. Alternatively, the fees can be applied to another program.
  6. No refunds will be given under $10.00. A credit note will be issued instead.
  7. Cycling packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire one year from the date of purchase.
