2011 Healthy Living Awards

On Thursday, April 14th the Reh-Fit Foundation honoured the people in our community who promote and encourage healthy living. More than 300 people gathered for a dinner and celebration at the Winnipeg Convention Centre. Guest were also treated to a keynote speech from Tom Quinn, President and CEO of The Forzani Group.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the event and to our sponsors for their generosity and support.

With simple, athletic movements, such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.
May 19 8:30 am Total Body Conditioning (TBC) Work your whole body using a combination of resistance tubing, hand weights and your own body weight. This program promotes muscle endurance, flexibility, balance and core strength. There is no cardiovascular component to this class.
