The following Group Fitness Classes are included in your annual membership (including the Stretch and Strength and Straight to the Core classes) .

Class locations are:
A - Group Fitness Studio A, upper level
FH - Fieldhouse, main level on the hardwood floor.
Classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.

Stretch and Strength & straight to the core schedule

 

STRETCH AND STRENGTH (S&S) - Beginner to Intermediate
A complete body workout with a focus on strength, flexibility and balance training. This 30-minute program is a great addition before or after your cardiovascular workout.

STRAIGHT TO THE CORE (STC) - Beginner to Advanced
A 45-minute program with a focus on balance, posture and core body conditioning using FitBalls, BOSU® and resistance equipment.

Class Descriptions

Group Fitness Descriptions

The following Group Fitness Classes are included in your annual membership. All classes will take place in Group Fitness Studio A and are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise noted.

Low Impact (LI)

Low impact doesn’t have to mean low intensity. This is a high-energy program in which one foot stays in contact with the floor at all times. Reduce the stress to your bones and joints but is sure to get your heart pumping.

NRG

An invigorating low impact, cardiovascular workout with hi/low and power options that can help you take your fitness to the next level.

Beginner to Advanced

Sculpt (S)

Using small hand weights, tubing and body resistance this class will help strengthen your core, mobilize your joints and improve postural stability. There is no cardiovascular portion.

Step, cardio & Core (scc)

A dynamic class combining step and hi/low impact, finishing with core body training. No weights or tubing will be used in the class.

Intermediate to Advanced

Step & Core (s&c)

A full step workout that has a warm-up, 30-35 minutes of step fitness, and finishes with a core training emphasis. This class can help you push your limits.

Super Sweat (SS)

Bring your water bottle and towel for this extended cardiovascular class (including hi/low movements) and finishing with strengthening exercises using resistance tubing and/or weights. Classes are 75 minutes.

Total Body Conditioning (TBC)

An all-encompassing workout designed to produce total body results. This workout includes resistance tubing, SPRI bands, hand weights to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and balance.

Cardio Tone (CT)

A workout that has a bit of everything - warm up, 20 minutes of low impact, 20 minutes of sculpting and a stretch and relaxation segment to finish off.

Extreme Training Challenge (XTC)

An interval training class that combines athletic drills, strength, plymometrics and cardiovascular endurance training..

Intermediate to Advanced

Step-Resistive Training (SRT)

An interval class consisting of step aerobic segments alternating with intervals of resistance training. Maximize your cardio and strength workout within 1 hour.

Beginner to Advanced

Cardio Resistive Training (CRT)

An interval class consisting of hi/low aerobic segments alternating with intervals of resistance training. Maximize your cardiovascular and strength workout within 1 hour.
