Need a quick way to reduce stress, relieve pain, and feel better? Try our new HydroMassage Therapy!

HydroMassage is an unattended water massage system. A powerful wave of water spans the full width of the use’s body providing a powerful, heated massage. Users enjoy total relocation while remaining comfortable and fully clothed. The water temperature is approximately 32-34C.

Hydro Bed HydroMassage is available only to our members, and is located in the massage lounge area on the second floor of the field house. Each session is 10 in duration, however session are book in 15 minute as to allow time to remove shoes and position yourself correctly in the machine and to wipe down the bed following the session.

Member may book a maximum of one appointment per day. Appointment will be booked online through our website. No appointments will be booked at the Reception Desk. There is also one computer beside the HydroMassage bed for booking appointments.

With simple, athletic movements, such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.
May 19 8:30 am Total Body Conditioning (TBC) Work your whole body using a combination of resistance tubing, hand weights and your own body weight. This program promotes muscle endurance, flexibility, balance and core strength. There is no cardiovascular component to this class.
