Michelle is a fitness consultant and personal trainer who combines her passion for dance with her interest in body mechanics, having transformed her joy of movement into a career in kinesiology. Michelle is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Michelle facilitates the Healthier Weigh program—a weight management program that helps people achieve their weight loss goals and develop healthy lifestyles in a supportive environment.

Devon has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years, working with a wide variety of clients with all different functional levels from beginner to higher level athletes. She comes to the Reh-Fit after working at Red River College for over 3 years, where she was involved in personal training, fitness assessments, body composition analysis and paramedic fitness testing. Devon has a passion for fitness which drives her to help clients reach their personal goals.

Suzy came to the Reh-Fit Centre 3 years ago as a volunteer with the Healthier Weigh program while finishing her second degree in Exercise Science. Suzy is now working as a fitness consultant and personal trainer who brings to her work extensive insights on how to prevent and rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries. She has completed several full marathons, including the Boston Marathon.
