Dr. Lerner – Medical Advisor

Dr. Neal Lerner was appointed to the position of Medical Advisor at the Reh-Fit Centre in 2010. He has extensive experience in the cardiac rehabilitation field. Dr. Lerner has built a reputation for progressive leadership in the medical community with current appointments at the following hospitals:

Misericordia Health Centre
Seven Oaks General Hospital
St. Boniface Hospital

Dr. Lerner’s work has been critical to the advancement of the cardiac rehabilitation programming in Winnipeg. At the Centre, Dr. Lerner advises on clinical program content, emergency response training, emergency policies and procedures, individual health screening and risk stratification, and the facilities AED program.

You are in control of your speed and resistance, so you control the intensity of the workout. Get energized by our instructors and the other participants as you cycle through ever changing terrain without leaving the Centre. Those new to cycling should arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can demonstrate how to set up the bike. Moderate Fitness Level Dedicated cardio component included
