Class locations are:
- A – Group Fitness Studio A, upper level
- FH – Field house, main level on the hardwood floor.
All classes are 60 minutes in length, unless otherwise indicated.

All group fitness classes include a warm-up, cool down, and exercises to promote strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. All individuals are encouraged to work at their own pace and options will be provided to help you adjust the intensity.

GROUP FITNESS PROGRAMS
All programs are designed so that individuals can increase or decrease the intensity of a workout. We encourage all individuals to work at their own pace.
New participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to receive assistance setting up for class. For more information or to determine the classes that will help you achieve your goals, talk to any of our staff.
