This modified class is for all who prefer to do their stretching and strength exercises from a chair.

A complete body workout with a focus on strength, flexibility and balance training.

WALK & TALK
Join other members for an instructor-led warm up, walk around the Reh-Fit indoor track, and a stretch. This is a great opportunity to meet other walkers!


Small hand weights, tubing and body resistance will help strengthen your core, mobilize your joints and improve postural stability.



Work your whole body using a combination of resistance tubing, hand weights and your own body weight. Promotes muscle endurance, flexibility, balance, and core strength.



CARDIO RESISTIVE TRAINING (CRT)
An interval class consisting of hi/low or step cardio segments alternating with intervals of resistance training using a combination of tubing, bands and hand weights.




An invigorating low impact, workout combining cardio, muscle strength, and endurance.




A rowing class that’s easy to learn, full of energy, and puts life into your fitness routine.
* Class size is limited. Please pick up an Indo-Row tag from the Reception Desk. Tags are available one hour prior to the start of the class and Rowers are available 15 minutes prior to the start of class.




Using a variety of equipment in combination with functional movement this higher intensity interval class will help increase your muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility and total body workout.





Dance inspired movements and exciting music make this class a fun way to improve your fitness.




Strengthen your major muscles in an inspiring and motivating group environment with simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.




Focus on balance, posture and core body conditioning using a variety of equipment.




Indoor cycling workout will improve your cardiovascular fitness, tone your legs and buttocks, reduce stress and burn calories.
