The Reh-Fit Centre Board of Directors is currently seeking new members with senior-level experience, knowledge, and skills in the following areas to support our mission and fill current vacancies for the 2022-23 season:
- Capital projects planning
- Information technology
- Government and/or community relations
- Financial expertise (CPA designation)
The Reh-Fit Centre Board of Directors is responsible for:
- Overall governance and strategic direction of the Reh-Fit
- Overseeing financial affairs and risk management
- Developing governing policies
- Representing the Centre to the public
As a Reh-Fit Centre Board Director you will be helping the Reh-Fit continue to build the health of our community, supporting the Centre’s mission to enhance the health and well-being of its members and the community by providing innovative health and fitness services through assessment, education, and exercise in a supportive environment.
All directors must be current members of the Centre throughout their term. Director's terms are up to three years in duration commencing immediately following the Annual General Meeting, held near the end of June. Directors are expected to contribute financially to the organization and assist with ongoing fundraising.
