This fall, we’re introducing a variety of new and returning programs and workshops for members, all designed with you in mind. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can look forward to!

First up, we have a new Sound Bath Workshop to help you unwind and reduce stress. Picture yourself lying back and relaxing as the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls surround you. Our workshops are a great way to care for your mental health and nurture your overall well-being.

Once you’re feeling relaxed and centered, you’ll be ready to tackle new challenges.

Looking to build strength and confidence? Our Women & Weights program offers guided strength-training opportunities and classroom education from our expert instructors.

For those wanting to be proactive about their health, we’ve got you covered. Happy Hip & Knee aims to increase your stability and strength, making it ideal for pre-surgery preparation or individuals managing osteoarthritis.

For individuals looking to improve specific skills, we’ve got pickleball clinics for beginners and intermediate players – a fun way to improve your game. We’re also combining traditional Pilates with dynamic exercises for a full-body workout in our Pilates Boot Camp to enhance your strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Program registration opens on Tuesday, August 20 at 6:00 am. Register in-person, by phone, or online using your member account.
