- ½ banana
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- ½ Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- In a bowl, mash the banana. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for a least 2 hours or overnight.
