Wear Red Day
Heart disease is the leading cause of premature death for women in Canada. 80% of risk factors are preventable. Wear Red Day is celebrated annually across Canada on February 13th to raise awareness about women’s heart health. Events are held across the country to serve as a reminder for all Canadians, but especially Canadian women, to be mindful, curious, and proactive in the management of our heart health and wellness. This is an opportunity to learn more and wear red in support – be sure to tag Reh-Fit and use the hashtag #WearRedDay to spread the word.
