Mind & Body Programs – Providing the Perfect Escape from Everyday Stress

Our mind & body programs will help you clear your mind, improve your concentration, and develop strength and stamina at the same time. With a variety of classes and times, there really is something for everyone.

Mind/Body Flex Program

With our Mind/Body Flex Program, you can choose to participate in a variety of classes on any day or at any time or commit to a regular time every week.
Passes expire one year from time of purchase.

Purchase 1, 5, 10, 15, or 30 classes online or at the Reception Desk

All classes are drop-in – Sign up online to reserve your spot. Please note: once registered if you would like to change or attend a different class or cancel altogether, you can make those changes online. If you do not plan to attend a class that you have pre-registered for, please ensure that you cancel your participation online with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or your account will be charged for the class. Alternatively you may call the Reception Desk. Mind/body flex passes expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Non-members permitted to enter only 15 minutes prior to class start time.


Classes offered through Mind/Body Flex Program:

  • Classic Restorative Yoga: A therapeutic practice designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Use props to support the postures.
  • Classic Yoga: A balanced yoga class with an emphasis on detail, precision, and proper alignment. There is an emphasis on standing poses and the development of strength, mobility, and stability. Props will help adapt poses to students’ abilities.
  • Flow Yoga: Guides you through a series of poses focused on breath and movement to increase flexibility and balance.
  • Flexibility Yoga: This class will guide you through a series of targeted yoga postures designed to increase flexibility and joint mobility over time. Suitable for anyone looking to achieve more flexibility from head to toe.
  • Gentle Yoga: A focus on body awareness, proper posture, correct breathing, improving balance, flexibility, and a range of motion. All poses can be done from a chair.
  • Mat Pilates: Mat Pilates teaches participants control, fluid movement, breathing, concentration, stability, and postural alignment.
  • MELT-Stretch: A combination of self-treatment technique to release your fascia and stretch. A great way to finish your day after your workout.
  • Precision Stretch: Improve your flexibility and mobility. This one-hour class involves foam rolling and stretching from head to toe. Taught by a certified Athletic Therapist, Precision Stretch will teach you how to stretch each muscle correctly and efficiently.
  • Soft Flow: Sweet and simple gentle flow. Explore breath and movement at a slow pace. Emphasis on long stretching and gentle whole body opening.
  • Yoga/Pilates Fusion: The best of both worlds. Yoga/Pilates Fusion draws from Yoga, fitness, and Pilates for a practice that incorporates balance, flexibility, stress-reduction, and core strength.


Our programs are a great way to improve overall fitness level and mental state with a low impact form of exercise that can drastically improve your strength and flexibility.


Registered Mind/Body Programs:

  • Gentle Yoga: A focus on body awareness, proper posture, correct breathing, improving balance, flexibility, and a range of motion. All poses can be done from a chair.
  • Mindfulness Meditation: A 45-minute instructor-guided meditation practice. Learn to tap into each moment in life and meet it with calmness.
  • Soft Flow: Sweet and simple soft flow. Explore breath and movement at a slow pace. Emphasis on long soft stretching and gentle whole body opening.
  • Yin: A therapeutic yoga class with emphasis on long holds and passive stretches on the deeper connective tissues of the body.
  • Yoga Hip & Knees: Taught by a physiotherapist, this class will focus on strengthening and stretching hips and knees. Great for those who completed our Stronger Hip & Knee program.
  • Yoga For Persistent Back Pain: Taught by a physiotherapist, this class will focus on strengthening and stretching your back.


One-Time Workshops

Intro To Mindfulness
Tuesday, September 17

Learn about mindfulness and ways to practice through a hands on workshop that will include mindfulness exercises, meditation and gentle yoga.

Yoga For Balance
Saturday, October 26
1:30-4:00 pm
Balancing strengthens both the muscular-skeletal body and cognitive function. This workshop will focus on what body systems are involved in balancing, how to stay safe while balancing and how to incorporate this practical work into everyday life. Beginners welcome!

Yoga For Immunity
Saturday, November 30
1:30-4:00 pm
Restorative Yoga can help boost immunity, especially in times of stress and other health challenges. This workshop will focus on Restorative Yoga poses that help strengthen and nourish the immune system. Instructions will guide your understanding of the immune system’s function and yoga’s role in supporting it.

An Evening of Self-Care

Be guided through introspection exercises, gentle yoga, mindfulness and meditation. Perfect way to slow down prior to the busy holiday season.




Pilates improves mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements done as mat exercises or with equipment to tone and strengthen the body.


Pilates Programs:

  • ½ Mat ½ Reformer: Combining the best from both Mat and Reformer. This class is a great introduction to the Reformer as no previous experience is required.
  • Barre/Reformer: The Barre workout flows through high-powered sequences that specifically target the arms, legs and core. Blending Pilates with dance, cardio and strength-training, this class choreographs movement patterns set to music.
  • Gravity Core Balance: Challenge your core strength by applying the Pilates principles of postural alignment, building endurance, and increasing range of motion.
  • Mat 2: Take your Pilates mat workout to the next level.
  • Pilates For Men: An introduction to Pilates for Men. Exercises designed to build core strength and stability and release tight muscles using different props and the Reformer.
  • Pilates Hip and Knees: Designed for individuals who want to keep strengthening their hips and knees.
  • Reformer: The Reformer is a unique and powerful piece of equipment that utilizes a system of cords and pulleys to provide resistance. Suitable for all fitness and ability levels as exercises range from very basic to highly advanced movements.
  • Reformer Core: Take your Reformer work to a new level by applying core and balance exercises and adding different props to challenge your core stability in a functional fitness program.
  • Reformer With Release: A combination of Pilates Reformer and self-treatment technique to create awareness, re-hydrating connective tissue and decreasing stress.
