New Group Fitness Schedule

Beginning May 1, there is a new group fitness schedule. Minor changes have been made to the winter schedule. View all of the classes online or pick up a schedule at the Centre.

Men’s Shower Renovations

Beginning Monday, April 22, renovations will occur in the men’s shower area to replace the water proof membrane. This renovation will occur in two stages so that there are always showers available for use. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

May 24 6:15 am The Ride Group cycling provides you with a fun and effective workout that will improve cardiovascular fitness, tone your legs and buttocks, reduce stress and burn calories! You are in control of your speed and resistance, so you control the intensity of the workout. Get energized by our instructors and the other participants as you cycle through ever changing terrain without leaving the Centre. Those new to cycling should arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can demonstrate how to set up the bike. Moderate Fitness Level Dedicated cardio component included
May 24 7:00 am Stretch & Strength A complete body workout, with a focus on strength, flexibility and balance training. This 30-minute program is a great addition before or after your cardiovascular workout.
May 24 8:15 am Total Body Conditioning (TBC) Work your whole body using a combination of resistance tubing, hand weights and your own body weight. This program promotes muscle endurance, flexibility, balance and core strength. There is no cardiovascular component to this class.
May 24 9:15 am Stretch & Strength A complete body workout, with a focus on strength, flexibility and balance training. This 30-minute program is a great addition before or after your cardiovascular workout.
May 24 9:30 am Energy An invigorating, low impact, cardiovascular workout that can help you take your fitness to the next level. A minimum of 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise will be followed by muscle strength and endurance exercises.
