During this complimentary 30-minute session, one of our Clinical Exercise Specialists will get to know you, help you set realistic goals, and develop a personalized plan to help you feel comfortable and confident in your workouts.
Your coach will:
· Discuss what you hope to achieve through your membership
· Help determine a realistic exercise schedule
· Recommend programs, exercises, and equipment that align with your goals
· Assist with registering for programs and booking appointments, including your Health and Fitness Assessment
