Pilates 

Pilates is a progressive practice, which is why we have created two different levels to support your practice.

Pilates 1

Pilates 1 is the natural option if you are just starting out, and is approprate for any fitness level. This level will also be appropriate for you if you have taken the following sessions with us over the past year: Reformer 1, 1/2 Mat 1/2 Reformer, Reformer with Release, and Pilates Hip and Knee.  

Pilates 2

This level will be appropriate for you if you have taken the following sessions with us over the past year: Reformer 2, Reformer 3, Pilates for Men, Reformer - Core, Barre - Reformer, and Gravity Pilates
