Most weight management programs result in poor long-term success. Why? This is due in part to an overemphasis on the process of losing weight, while neglecting strategies to maintain a healthy weight in the long term.

Still, staying at a healthy weight is one of the best things you can do for your health. This new education-based lifestyle program is designed to reverse our commonly held beliefs about healthy weight and help you approach weight loss in a way that will set you up for long-term success. The program is thoughtfully designed to focus on building a healthy lifestyle, providing you with the tools you need to build new habits and set realistic goals.

Over the course of the program, Reh-Fit coaches will guide and support you with group education sessions and one-on-one lifestyle coaching based on your individual goals. You’ll receive pre- and post-assessment – including InBody analysis – and ongoing support from our team of professionals with biweekly, one-on-one coaching sessions with a focus on behavioral change. 

The result? While we don’t guarantee rapid weight loss through this program – that’s not the goal – you can count on feeling empowered, supported, and more confident approaching your healthy weight goals in the long term. In addition, thanks to InBody analysis, you’ll learn fascinating things about your own body that you may have never considered before. Knowledge is power.

This six-week program is hosted almost entirely online to fit into your life and schedule with ease.

  • Six-week program of virtual group education sessions

Need to Know

  • This program takes place almost entirely online; however, participants will come to the Reh-Fit for assessments at the beginning and end of the program.
  • Weekly group education sessions will be held via Teams.
  • Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions will be held over the phone or Teams.
  • Participants will complete general exercise independently; gym access is not included with this program for non-members. Non-member participants will only come to the Reh-Fit for assessments at the beginning and end of the program.
