What are Performance Programs?

Reh-Fit Performance Programs provide a systematic approach to maximizing your health and fitness.

Coached in a small group with a trainer, you'll develop new skills, confidence, and capacity to push through mental and physical barriers as you complete each level. You'll be inspired to take the next challenge in the Reh-Fit series.

These programs require dedication.

We provide:

  • A personalized fitness program with efficient, effective workouts
  • Education about cardio, strength training, and nutrition
  • Support and encouragement from your trainer throughout the program

You provide:

  • Your time and commitment to the program
  • An active role in setting goals, dedicating your time, effort, and sweat equity to making sustainable lifestyle changes
  • Support for your peers

Program Phases

Phase 1

You will be introduced to the Performance Program fitness and nutrition regimen.

Program Format

  • Meet once per week for education and exercise
  • Follow a customized workout plan for the remainder of the week
  • Program Length: 10 weeks

Investment: $200 for 10-week session

Phase 2

Build on the self-knowledge you gained in the first phase of the program and continue to take your fitness and nutrition to new levels.

Program Format

  • Meet once per week for education and exercise
  • Follow a customized workout plan for the remainder of the week
  • Program Length: 10 weeks

Is this the right program for me? This program is ideal for those who have completed Phase 1 or who are already avid exercisers with a solid foundation of resistance training and cardiovascular fitness. Participants must be prepared to commit to exercising 5-6 days per week and follow a nutrition plan.

Investment: $200 for 10-week session

Phase 3

The final phase of the program focuses on sustaining your new habits and relies heavily on self-motivation and commitment.

Program Format

  • Throughout the program, you will meet three times as a group – at the beginning, middle, and end.
  • The second meeting will take place at 5 weeks where you will receive your second exercise program.
  • Program Length: 10 weeks

Is this the right program for me? This program is designed for members who have completed Phase 2 and want to increase body awareness, flexibility and balance.

Investment: $125 for 10-week session

A great place to exercise with top-notch equipment, exceptional staff, and an excellent place to meet people and receive encouragement.
