Active Aging Week

We proudly participate in Active Aging Week - a global, weeklong initiative celebrating the positivity of aging.

The week aims to challenge misconceptions about aging, demonstrating that individuals can thrive in various aspects – be it physical, social, or spiritual – irrespective of age or health condition. Active Aging underscores the significance of maintaining an active lifestyle throughout one's life. So, come be a part of this celebration of growing older, and growing stronger.

Encourage your family members and friends to make lasting, positive changes in their lives through active living and invite them to join you October 2-8 for Active Aging Week at the Reh-Fit!
