'it helped me to rejuvenate'

As we approach the end of our Summer Yoga Series, let's take a moment to reflect on the remarkable heart of the Reh-Fit community. In the past two months, Reh-Fit members have generously filled the donation table not just once or twice, but an impressive three times for the Main Street Project – a true testament to your compassion.

Throughout the series, members came together to breathe, reflect, and connect. The nurtured unity and bonds formed this summer emphasize the strength of our connections.

Offered as a complimentary benefit to Reh-Fit members, these yoga classes were thoughtfully designed to foster well-being within our community. Participants integrated their personal health journeys with community care by donating items for the Main Street Project – an organization dedicated to creating safe and welcoming places of respite and healing, working to reduce harm for people experiencing homelessness, substance use and or mental health challenges.

From a Summer Yoga Series participant's viewpoint:

“I so enjoyed the summer yoga series, as it helped me to rejuvenate. I loved practicing the various breathing techniques.  I also enjoyed how the yoga practice was outdoors. My personal favorite was doing flow yoga” – Cheryl V.

To our dedicated Reh-Fit members, our appreciation knows no bounds. Your involvement, in sessions or donations, propelled the Summer Yoga Series. Here's to a season resonating with well-being and unity.
