About the Program
A foundational part of Reh-Fit’s history, Cardiac Rehabilitation is an education and exercise program designed to support people with a diagnosed heart disease, who have had heart surgery, or have had a heart attack.
- Exercise is key to your recovery. During the program, our cardiac rehabilitation team will monitor your exercise program so you can safely increase your endurance and strength. A team member is always available to answer your questions, check your progress, and address your concerns.
- Education classes help you build skills and understanding to support lasting change in your life through regular exercise, heart healthy nutrition, consistent medication use, and stress management.
