1) Summer Hours
Beginning Monday, June 1, the Reh-Fit Centre will transition to summer operating hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
These summer hours will remain in effect through Monday, August 31.
2) Summer Registration
Registration for summer programs opens Tuesday, June 16, at 6:00 am, both online and in person. Class listings and information will soon be available.
3) Chiropractic Care – New Hours and Location
Registered Chiropractor Dr. Jared Maharaj-Poliah will be offering Chiropractic Care with new hours and a new office location (Seminar room A – lower level). Appointments can be booked at the following times:
Monday: 3:00 - 8:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Thursday: 3:00 - 8:00 pm
Appointments are required. Please book through Reception or via the Book a Service Appointment form.
4) Stretch, Strengthen, Restore
Improve flexibility, build strength, and support better posture through mindful movement and guided stretching in these upcoming programs.
Total Body Stretch | Tuesday, June 2 | 4:30 – 5:30 pm | Investment $15
Unwind from head to toe in this one-hour guided stretch session led by Christine. You will move through a series of gentle, effective stretches designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility. Build healthy habits that help you move and feel better every day. Learn posture-focused exercises to improve mobility, strength, and body awareness while reducing tension and discomfort. Develop simple, sustainable strategies to support better alignment and long-term well-being.

5) Save the Date – Member BBQ
Join us on Tuesday, June 16, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm for a member BBQ. Details coming soon.
6) Cell Phone Etiquette
Cell phones can sometimes be a distraction, pulling your attention away from your workout and affecting the shared environment. Limiting phone use can really help you stay focused and in the zone. If you need to answer a call, stepping outside the weight room would be appreciated—it helps keep the space peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
7) Puzzles, Games, and More
Feel free to help yourself to the puzzles, games, and other activities available for use while you’re here. These items are in the cabinet below the TV monitor located at the entrance of the Café. Whether you’re looking to relax, stay engaged, or simply pass the time, we hope you enjoy them. Please return items when finished so others can enjoy them too.
8) Annual General Meeting
The Reh-Fit Centre Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday, June 15, at 7:00 pm. All members aged 18 or older are invited to attend.
