As we all do our best to stay active and healthy – while doing our part to limit the spread of COVID-19 – there are many things we can do to protect our own health while protecting the health of others.

With that, one of the questions we are hearing often from members is, 'When is the Centre the busiest?'

Great question.

Not only does visiting during slower times provide you with reduced risk, spreading attendance and reducing congestion is one of the best ways we can keep everyone safe.

We need your help to avoid congestion during peak times to maximize the use of the facility at all times of day so the Centre can be accessed by as many of you as possible.

Peak Times: Explained

What You Can Do

One thing you can do, if your schedule allows, is time your visits to the Centre outside of peak hours. This means:

  • Consider visiting the Centre in the afternoons or evening.
  • Consider visiting the Centre on weekends or Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays especially, if visiting in the morning.

What We're Doing

  • We are working to add programming and classes outside of peak times to spread the usage even more.

The Takeaway

If we can work together to spread attendance, we can avoid introducing measures such as making appointments for a designated workout session or registering for group fitness classes.

Taking care of ourselves means taking care of others. It's a win-win.

As a certified medical fitness facility, we are uniquely positioned to protect our members’ safety and well-being. To learn more about what we're doing to keep our community safe, visit our safety page.
