Introduction to Block Therapy
If you suffer with chronic muscle tightness, strain, or pain, this program is for you!
Block Therapy is a method of fascia release that can melt away some of the adhesions, restoring flexibility and reducing pain. The class is done laying on specially designed bamboo blocks that are provided to participants.
Introduction to Block Therapy is a one-day workshop on June 7 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. This workshop is $20.
This class is designed to build strength and endurance with our new YBells! The class ends with a 15-minute foam rolling session.
YBells/Foam Rolling starts June 7 and runs until the end of August! YBells/Foam Rolling is included in membership.
Restorative Mindfulness Workshop
Our one-day restorative mindfulness workshop will help you relax, restore, and have an opportunity to explore the practices of mindfulness and meditation.
The workshop takes place on Wednesday, June 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is $35.
This one-day workshop is an introduction to art therapy and how to use the arts in an intentional way for healing and wellness. The workshop gives you an opportunity to follow your creativity and find personal meaning in what arises.
No artistic ability is required! The focus is not on learning art skills but to use the artistic process to facilitate healing and self- awareness.
Art therapy is held on Wednesday, June 15 from 2:00p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is $30.
Hand drumming has been proven to have many mental and physical benefits for people of all ages.
In this workshop, you will learn basic playing techniques on West African djembe drums through engaging exercises and activities!
The hand drumming workshop is Thursday, June 30 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and is $25.
Tai Chi is a moving meditation in the form of a series of gentle exercises that create harmony between the mind and body.
Tai Chi is available Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. from June 2- June 30 and is $50.

Zumba with our new instructor Megan is on Fridays starting June 3 at 5:30 p.m. and is included in membership!

June Stretch Challenge
Join us for our Reh-Fit Open Air June Stretch Challenge!
Throughout the month of June, if you head out to Reh-Fit Open Air for a 15-minute stretch three times a week, you will be entered to win a prize! All you need to do is pick up a card at the track desk, check off a box for each week you complete, and place it in the box at the end of June!
