"Hi Reh-Fit. As we are approaching the new year I want to create fitness goals for myself. Do you have advice on how to stick to a New Year's Resolution?" -Reh-Fit Member

1. Be consistent -  Plan the time and days of the week you are able exercise and write it down, then follow through!
2. Have a routine – Do you have an exercise plan? Do you know what you’re going to do when you come to the facility?
3. Know  your limitations -  Do you have injuries and are you worried that you may hurt yourself because you don’t know what you’re doing?
Did you know that Reh-Fit Centre has a step by step system to get you on the right track?
1. When was the last time you were coached?  You can book a 30 minute coaching appointment in the new year to sit down with an expert who will send you down the right path so  you can achieve your goals.
2. Book a fitness assessment- The Reh-Fit Centre offers free yearly fitness assessments so that you know what your strengths and your weaknesses are.
3. Learn how to use our exercise equipment either by joining a free orientation to our cardio equipment and resistance training basics.
4. Hire a personal trainer so that you have a professional that can help you achieve your goals and someone to be accountable to.
5. Workout with a friend!
