We are so thrilled to move with you in person again! This Spring we are excited to welcome back group fitness classes and your favourite registered programs at our Centre. 

If you're ready to get back to your favourite classes - registration is now open and group fitness classes are on! If you're not comfortable just yet, no problem. To help you stay active wherever you are, our group fitness schedule is now a hybrid of in-person and online classes via Reh-Fit Anywhere. There are also select registered programs available either in person at the Centre or virtually from your home — you decide.

Programming starts next week and all sessions require a minimum of six participants to run by 48 hours before program start.
