If you’ve just returned to the Reh-Fit, welcome back! Many of you have been back at the Centre now for a few weeks. One thing we have been hearing from members is the struggle to return to habits we worked so hard to build.
We know it can be difficult to find the motivation right now. It might also be hard to know where exactly to re-start in your fitness routine — especially if it's been a while. It’s important to start back up slowly and give yourself some grace and time.
That’s why we have introduced a slate of new programs to help you get restarted with ease. Our fresh new programs might just be the excitement, support, and accountability you need right now to get moving again.
