Who’s ready to take things outdoors? We are thrilled to welcome you back to the Reh-Fit for outdoor workouts! We’ve heard from many of you who are itching to get back as we count down the days until we can reopen for indoor exercise.
Availability for outdoor fitness sessions opens Tuesday, June 15.
Outdoor Fitness Space Details
How It Works
Located in our west parking lot, the outdoor fitness space will be available to a maximum of four members at any given time, supervised by a Reh-Fit fitness professional. Provincial health guidelines will be adhered to at all times.
Availability
The outdoor space will be available to book in 45-minute time slots with a 15-minute break between time slots to allow staff to reset equipment and sanitize between members.

Please note: Members must have an active membership to book an outdoor fitness sessions.
How to Prepare
Be sure to arrive changed, ready for your work out, and prepared for the weather. When exercising outdoors during warm weather, it is especially important to arrive with:
- Water bottle(s)
- Sunscreen
- Hat
- Towel
