We are pleased to welcome you back for indoor exercise! There has never been a better time to get active. We are excited to hit the refresh button together and get back to it.

We know being away from the Centre has been tough and maybe you need to get back into some healthy habits. It's okay. We are here to support you with accountability and motivation with our new Reh-Start orientations.

Get back to the basics with these orientation sessions, all included with your membership. Each week there are three separate 45-minute sessions offering you professional guidance to help ease you into a healthy exercise routine. Choose to learn more about about cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, group fitness, and/or the Functional Training Zone. Session topics will rotate through each week. Each class will have an educational and exercise component to offer professional guidance, accountability, and motivation.

Sundays 11:15 am - 12:00 pm
Tuesdays 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm
Wednesdays 11:15 am - 12:00 pm
